Dear Friends
and Colleagues, Brothers and Sisters in the Ethnic Press and Media:
Today I
agreed on your behalf for the participation of no more than forty, (40),
publisher or Editors-In-Chief of our members to a Round Table discussion
with the R. Honourable Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada and leader
of the Conservative party of Canada.
The meeting
is going to be organized by the Prime Ministers Office and scheduled for
Tuesday afternoon, September the 16th, in a hotel of the
Toronto area.
To this
extend I submitted to the PMO the names of the publishers and or
Editors-In-Chief of our members in good standing and the final selection
is going to be done by them in order to accommodate as many different
publications as our diverse communities. Invitations are going to be
extended to those selected by the Prime Minister’s Staff and the
recipients must rsvp immediately if they will participate and also the
nature of their question (only one question per participant), to Prime
Minister. Nobody else will be permitted to attend and also is someone
forgets to notify the PMO by return email of his intensions to participate
he will not be permitted to enter the hall of the meeting for not
receiving proper security clearance. As this event is clearly a Round
Table discussion with forty participants we have to accept the rules of
the security and the PMO.
Please if
you receive the invitation respond back immediately and also place the
nature of your question to Prime Minister.
More
information I will provide during our monthly meeting on Monday September
15th, at 6:00 pm at he main legislative building, Queen’s
Park, in Toronto.
Thank you
for your proper attention and cooperation,
Thomas S.
